Questions, answered.
What counts as an active screen?
Any Vaast-paired device that has booted and reported back to the dashboard within the last 30 days. Screens you've deactivated don't count.
What hardware do I need?
Any modern Android TV device (built-in, set-top box, or stick). Vaast ships as a launcher APK that installs alongside the OS. We can recommend models, but there's no hardware lock-in.
How does the contract work?
Monthly, billed in arrears. Annual contracts are available with volume pricing. Enterprise contracts are custom — talk to sales.
How much onboarding support is included?
Standard tier includes guided setup and a kickoff call. Enterprise tier includes a named customer success manager who runs the rollout with you.
How is guest data handled?
Vaast is multi-tenant with strict per-tenant isolation. Folio data from your PMS is processed in-region and never used for cross-tenant analytics. Full security details on request.
